Built by Italian stonemasons in 1885, formerly a general store and residence, rehabilitated in the 1990s, and now stands as a reminder of Brackettville's commercial heritage. The building was also used briefly as the high shool classroom for Brackettville's Black Seminole community in the early 1940s. Houses museum artifacts relating to Kinney County.
